Experience as in-house and outside counsel for major, mid-size and small corporations and NGO’s; provide counsel and assistance to executive management, drafting articles of incorporation, bylaws, resolutions, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and all manner of corporate documentation in the US, Latin America, Europe and globally.
MS provides assistance in international strategy, negotations, licensing, contracts, joint ventures and government affairs.
Exports – Special emphasis on legal considerations in exporting, including sanctions, Office of Foreign Asset Controls and general US Government export control compliance.

US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other countries’ anti-corruption legislation compliance – advising US companies and reviewing their anti-corruption policies and practices. Mr. Aaron Schildhaus has been Senior Advisor to the American Bar Association’s international anti-corruption committee for ten years; is a frequent speaker on expert programs and is author of numerous articles dealing with anticorruption issues and compliance in the US, the UK, Europe, India, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Privacy, Data Protection and Cybersecurity – Expertise in the interpretation of privacy and data protection including the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and the application of Corporate Best Practices for compliance in Europe and the US.  Aaron Schildhaus is author of numerous articles on GDPR for the American Bar Association and speaker on various programs in Illinois as an expert on subject.  He has expertise with legal aspects of cybersecurity in the US and globally. Mr. Schildhaus is member of the American Bar Association Legal Task Force on Cybersecurity, speaker and moderator of programs regarding cybersecurity.

Beatriz Martorello has extensive experience as an attorney representing major corporations in Argentina, Peru and the US; she counseled them for more than two decades in commercial transactions, strategic and administrative matters. Representative clients include: Ford Motor Argentina, Volkswagen, Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, John Deere, Reef Exploration Inc, Aerolineas Argentinas, Rush Street Interactive LLC. Ms. Martorello has expertise in labor and employment law and compliance with Federal, state and local laws dealing with employment contracts and restrictive covenants, labor relations, fair labor standards and resolution of union grievances. She was the head of the Fair labor Standards Division at the Illinois Department of Labor from 2015-2019. She also assists clients regarding immigration issues.
